  1.    Reports are circulating that PKZIP/PKUNZIP version 2.04c has been
  2. causing some problems with certain systems.  Use caution when using
  3. ZIP'R in combination with PKZIP/PKUNZIP 2.04c.  I have had no trouble
  4. using version 2.04c, but it would be wise to be extremely careful.

  6.    Most trouble reports that I have seen involve DPMI memory.  If you 
  7. are running QEMM, make sure that you have the updated QDPMI.  If you are 
  8. running under OS/2, an updated DPMI driver is available from the IBM BBS.

  10.    There appear to be some problems with EMS/XMS memory as well, but 
  11. these problems and their solutions vary.

  13.    If you have a 486 or 486SX with an external cache, you may need to
  14. use the "Slow MemCopy" command line switch.
